6	Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with The Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia On November 4, 2007, the National Audit Department (NAD) of Malaysia and the Audit Board of the Republic Indonesia (BPKRI) signed a MoU on public sector auditing in Mexico City, Mexico. The objective of the MoU is to provide, strengthen, promote and develop a framework of cooperation and efficient interaction between the two SAIs. Beside auditing, the areas of cooperation include training and research. The ongoing programmes carried out in accordance with the agreed action plans are parallel study on forest management as well as training cooperation in performance audit and tax audit
