The Assembly, consisting of all member SAIs meets once in three years. The last Assembly was held in 2006 in Shanghai, China where the Auditor General, Tan Sri Dato’ Setia Ambrin bin Buang, had presented a paper titled The Role of the National Audit Department of Malaysia (NAD) in Promoting Government Accountability.
